Welcome

Community Defibs for Rossendale (CDfR) is a volunteer-led community initiative working across the Rossendale Valley to improve survival from sudden cardiac arrest. The group works with local communities, businesses and organisations to install and support publicly accessible defibrillators (CPADs) in towns and villages throughout the borough. Alongside increasing access to lifesaving equipment, CDfR promotes CPR awareness, defibrillator familiarisation and community training, helping ensure that when a cardiac emergency occurs, people nearby have both the equipment and confidence to respond quickly and effectively.
